Another Impeachable Offense from Biden

A president should never take this nation to war without the informed consent of the American people.” But on January 22, two Navy SEALs were killed in a secret mission authorized by Biden and his AWOL Defense Secretary to seize Iranian weapons. Unfortunately, conservatives have failed to demand accountability from Biden over the standards he set for Trump. It appears that most Republicans have gone AWOL on the important issue of war and peace. Of the 24 members of Congress objecting to Biden’s illegal war in a letter, only seven are Republicans. They were Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ); Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA); Harriet Hageman (R-WY); Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL); Nancy Mace (R-SC); and Thomas Massie (R-KY). Yet, this is a winning issue for former President Trump, who is quick to point out that Ukraine and Israel were not invaded when he was president and the shipping channels in the Red Sea were not under constant military attack by Iran and its proxies. “As representatives of the American people,” members of Congress declare in the letter, “Congress must engage in robust debate before American servicemembers are put in harm’s way and before more U.S. taxpayer dollars are spent on yet another war in the Middle East. No President, regardless of political party, has the constitutional authority to bypass Congress on matters of war.” It’s a simple question: why don’t Republicans apply the same standards to Biden that he applied to Trump? The failure to do this helps explain why the Democrats think they can sink Trump’s campaign through legal terrorism of the kind practiced by Jack Smith and Fani Willis. The Republicans play a namby-pamby version of politics. Democrats play for political power and get away with murder. The Navy SEALs who gave their lives were Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Christopher J. Chambers, 37, and Special Warfare Operator 2nd Class Nathan Gage Ingram, 27. An August, 2023, Fox News poll found that only 2 percent regarded foreign policy as the most important issue of the campaign. In the wake of the Navy SEAL deaths, that number should rise dramatically – if the Republicans decide to make war and peace an issue in the campaign. They would be on solid legal and constitutional grounds if they decide to do so. Instead, Republican foreign policy “experts” are saying that Biden should hit Iran without any approval from Congress. The “Battle for the Red Sea” is underway and the American people have not been informed or given their consent to this war. When was a war with Iran over commercial shipping ever declared by the U.S. Congress? Why are Navy SEALs dying to protect commercial cargo that makes money for multi-national conglomerates? With foreign wars accelerating, including Iran and Pakistan exchanging military strikes, the world is going through more conflict and chaos. Yet Nikki Haley claims Trump produces “chaos” in world affairs. In addition to the deaths of the Navy SEALs, Biden launched what the Pentagon called “joint strikes” in response to “a series of attacks launched by the Iran-backed group [the Houthis] against commercial ships operating in the Red Sea.” Our so-called ally in this endeavor was the United Kingdom “with support from Australia, Bahrain, Canada and the Netherlands.” That is the modern-day “Coalition of the Willing,” amounting to not very much. I say: let loose the left-wingers on their president Joe Biden. Consider the views of Marjorie Cohn, professor emerita at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a former president of the National Lawyers Guild, who argues that Biden’s war on Iran and Iran-backed groups is illegal by violating the U.S. War Powers Resolution. “Although the U.S. began bombing Yemen in October, Biden did not formally advise Congress until January 12,” notes Cohn. A letter is not sufficient when American lives are at stake. I usually don’t cite the views of left-wing lawyers, but I think she makes a convincing rationale for Biden’s impeachment over the illegal and unconstitutional war. She points out that Biden invoked Security Council Resolution 2722 to justify his attacks, but the resolution does not authorize the U.S. airstrikes on Yemen. I also think Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) makes a valid point when she says, “If there’s time to build an international coalition, there should have been time to come to Congress.” But Biden prefers going through the United Nations, not the Congress. We understand that some of the opposition to Biden’s war on Iran is based on sympathy for Iran or hatred for Israel. But those of us who believe in the rule of law and the Constitution can oppose Biden’s war for other reasons having to do with the law and the Constitution. But why is that case not being made by so-called conservatives? The simple fact is that, on top of the wars involving aggression against Ukraine and Israel, Biden is getting the United States involved in another “forever war” with a significant part of the Muslim world. Haven’t we learned our lesson from the many “wounded warrior” commercials we see about the veterans who made it back with missing limbs and mental problems? A very interesting 2019 story from NBC News, usually a mouthpiece for the Biden regime, says the following: “Waging a presidential campaign amid rising tensions with Iran 12 years ago [2007], Joe Biden, then a senator from Delaware, had a warning for President George W. Bush should he decide to take military action without congressional authorization.” Biden declared, “I want it on the record, and I want to make it clear. If he does, I will move to impeach him.” A Biden spokesperson said in a statement to NBC News that, “An illegal war that puts at risk thousands of American lives and would bog down the U.S. military in conflict in the Middle East for years would certainly qualify as an impeachable offense.” Biden should have been impeached over what critics called his “unlawful nuclear deal between the United States and Iran.” He built up the military power of Iran before it boomeranged on him. So he exploits his own mistakes, in a classic case of bumbling and stumbling the United States into war. This fool for a president now wants Israel to agree to another Arab/Muslim state on its border, with the ability to import arms from Iran and Russia. This insanity could further spark a World War III. It appears we are already in one. A Harvard CAPS-Harris poll shows most Americans, 80 percent, support Israel over Hamas. That is well and good. But Biden is now dragging the United States into a war with Iran because his own appeasement of Iran failed. This is how wars begin. This is how, with Ukraine and Israel under attack, wars expand into a third World War. To make matters worse, Iran and its sponsor Russia probably know what the Biden Administration is doing, and are likely encouraging a new war in the Middle East. CNN acknowledged that U.S. intelligence memos and briefing materials covering topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom were discovered in a private Biden office in 2022 from his time as vice-president. He had no legal right to these documents. Yet, Biden gets away with these crimes while “Special Counsel” Jack Smith prosecutes former president Trump for having documents he is entitled to have under the Presidential Records Act. For his part, as the campaign continues in 2024, the “War President” Joe Biden will try to look presidential. The media will do their best to prop him up. When will the Republican establishment say enough is enough? Reclaiming national sovereignty means not only protecting the border but the House of Representatives returning to its constitutional duty and exercising its powers of war and peace. Speaker Johnson should immediately initiate hearings into the impeachment of Joe Biden over his illegal war before more American lives are lost. No issue is more important.

Biden’s Forever Wars
By Cliff Kincaid The first American casualties in the third World War have occurred without a Congressional declaration of war. Two Navy SEALs died trying to intercept Iranian weapons. Biden’s record as a “War President” could be a wake-up call to voters concerned about their children being called into military service during Biden’s proposed second term. Young men must legally sign up for military conscription at their local post office. But don’t worry: the fake news Associated Press assures us that the U.S. military isn’t “laying the groundwork” for a return to a military draft. This is the military establishment whose Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was recently caught covering-up his own serious illness and secret hospitalization. What other secrets are they hiding from the American people? In the latest example of deepening involvement in another war, U.S. Central Command announced that the two “missing” U.S. Navy SEALs died “during the boarding of an illicit dhow [a small sailing vessel] carrying Iranian advanced conventional weapons…” but there was no explanation or constitutional justification for this military operation. When Biden ordered military strikes on weapons depots of Iranian-backed terrorist groups in Iraq and Syria, he sent a letter to Congress explaining, “I directed the strikes in order to protect and defend our personnel, to degrade and disrupt the ongoing series of attacks against the United States and our partners, and to deter Iran and Iran-backed militia groups from conducting or supporting further attacks on United States personnel and facilities.” The U.S. intelligence community believes that Iran is not currently seeking a “direct war” with the United States, reports NBC News, an outlet for the Biden Administration. It is very “direct” for the U.S. military personnel under attack and dying. We are told that the United States is protecting freedom of navigation. But when that policy leads to active military efforts to board Iranian ships carrying weapons, that means war. Before the deaths of the two Navy SEALs, it was estimated that Iran-backed terrorists had launched nearly 140 attacks on American troops in Iraq and Syria, with 57 attacks in Iraq and 83 in Syria. It is reported that at least 66 American service members in Iraq and Syria have been injured. Cries for retaliation are being heard. Former Trump national security adviser John Bolton said on Newsmax that the time to hit Iran is now. Alan M. Dershowitz argues that the United States is even “entitled to destroy Iran's potential nuclear arsenal in response to the attacks directed at American troops by Iran's proxies.” But any such move requires a Congressional a declaration of war. What is more, the source of Iran’s nuclear program is Russia, the same country waging war on Ukraine. Dan Cox, a Republican Candidate for Congress in Maryland’s 6th district, warns of Joe Biden dragging the United Sates into another war, saying, “I won’t stand by while our inept ‘leaders’ bumble us into World War III and cost the lives of our children and grandchildren.” This requires that Congress debate war with Iran before Biden gets us into another war he won’t win. Anyone with two eyes can see the “Commander-in-Chief” is a bumbling fool. House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mike Rogers, R-Ala., has accused Secretary Austin of being dishonest about his health problems on top of Biden’s unfolding foreign policy disasters. Not surprisingly, Biden expresses confidence in Austin. Speaking of war, don’t forget the invasion of our southern border and the poisoning of our people from the Red Chinese working hand-in-glove with the Mexican drug cartels. The pathetic fool Biden claims to have had a Damascus Road conversion on the issue, declaring “Give me the money” to fix the problem he created. Yet, Biden can fix the problem by return to the Trump policies he abandoned. Ukraine and Israel were not invaded under President Trump. Meanwhile, in a campaign to get votes, the national Democratic Party is trying to expand the sales of marijuana to young people by rescheduling the substance as a soft drug, at a time when the Wall Street Journal reports that more teens using marijuana are suffering from psychosis. Meanwhile, the Communist Party USA hails the news that the Democrats have launched a national “My body my choice” abortion rights campaign. Conn Carroll, the commentary editor for the Washington Examiner, calls the Democratic Party “the party of abortion, marijuana, and pornography,” the latter a reference to one Democratic Party candidate in Virginia who was an amateur porn star. He forgot one thing – war. It was in 1976 that Republican Senator Bob Dole had referred to “Democrat wars,” started by or under Democratic Party presidents. Dole had been seriously injured fighting in World War II. Hitler’s invasion of Europe was encouraged in the same way that Biden dismissed the prospect of a Russian invasion of Ukraine as a “minor” occurrence. Biden also bears some responsibility for the invasion of Israel, since his policies clearly benefited Iran and its military power and influence. “War President” Joe Biden has presided over wars in Europe and the Middle East and another one is unfolding before our eyes. But wait: wasn’t it Biden who proudly ended the “forever war” in Afghanistan. “As President,” Biden said as a candidate, “I will use military power responsibly and as a last resort. We will not go back to forever wars in the Middle East.” What does a third major war in the world mean for Americans fearful of another 12 months remaining in “War President” Joe Biden’s term – and another four years? The issues of war and peace and the return of military conscription must be top priority issues. Facing the legal terrorism of the Democrats and their corrupt prosecutors, Trump can and should run as a peace president who will end Biden’s forever wars. No issue is more important. Meanwhile, “My body my choice” should now be applied to those young men facing the prospect of being drafted into Biden’s forever wars. Get ready for another generation of wounded and dead warriors.

In the global context, Russia invaded Ukraine under Biden and now threatens NATO. Israel has been invaded as well. A World War is already underway and America's enemies are making progress. Now, with Biden hanging on to power and the effort to deny Trump a second term accelerating, the German tabloid Bild reports that Russia is preparing for war with NATO. Bild cites a “classified” document from the German Ministry of Defense that is designated as “For Official Use Only.” NATO claims it is a training document. Another important factor, with the invasion of the country at our southern border, is that Trump has threatened to arrest and deport communists on American soil. This has caught the attention of communists in America. Among the millions who have entered, some are undoubtedly terrorists and communists. A word about Donald J. Trump. He was a successful businessman before he became president but he was not a Ronald Reagan, who fought the communists in Hollywood and understood their tactics and strategies when he entered the Oval Office. As a businessman in New York, Trump had to deal with corrupt politicians and the mob. A novice in Washington, he didn’t understand how the forces of international communism, led by China and Russia, would work to replace him with Democrat Joe Biden. These enemies used members of the U.S. “intelligence community” to accomplish this objective, giving rise to the term “Deep State.” To understand what they are trying to do to Trump, consider the fate of the man who put the mob out of business, former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, a Trump associate and confidant. He is now being put out of business by the same forces trying to destroy Trump. These include corrupt politicians and the communists. They have forced Giuliani into bankruptcy. They are trying to do the same to Trump. Trump can survive financially. But for Trump and the United States, the stakes are higher than that. Whether you like Trump or not, what is being done to him through the “American” justice system is un-American. That is why, in my opinion, Americans of all political persuasions must understand the stakes and rally to his side. This doesn’t mean blind support for Trump. And it doesn’t mean we should ignore the Russian influence in the “conservative” movement that has undermined the prospect that Trump will return to a Reagan-style “peace through strength” policy if he wins in November. In my view, people like Stephen K. Bannon and Tucker Carlson are not real conservatives. They badmouth China but ignore the threat posed by Russia. To understand Trump’s threat to a United Nations-dominated “New World Order,” consider how the correlation of forces have changed since the days when Reagan was president. Reagan had himself commented on how the international communist movement had killed Democratic President John F. Kennedy. That marked a key turning point in the direction of the national Democratic Party, which then abandoned anti-communism and became a “progressive” movement. The direction of the Democratic Party as an adjunct of the international communist movement was solidified under President Barack Hussein Obama, an agent of influence for Russia and China. The mob operated like the communists, except the communists have international backing and have not been put out of business. They are flourishing in cities such as New York City and Washington, D.C. Why and how did this happen? Sadly, Trump’s close advisors, including his sons, are clueless abut the nature of the anti-Trump forces. But I have been researching what I consider the most important case of legal terrorism against Trump. The results are astounding. Now we face the challenge of getting the public informed, using available forms of media. I don’t claim in my new special report that Jack Smith’s wife Katy Chevigny is a red diaper baby. But you can come to your own conclusions about the influence her parents had, and what this “power couple” represents on the domestic and world stage. Interestingly, they are a threat to Trump but also to Biden. I always suspected something sinister behind Jack Smith. We exposed the fact that Smith signed a “solemn declaration” to a United Nations-backed global tribunal and that he learned his legal tactics at the U.N.’s International Criminal Court. Then we began examining his wife and her family. Biden is right that democracy is at stake. But Biden is just a figurehead who could be replaced. It’s the crowd associated with Barack and Michelle Obama that is playing the really important role behind the scenes. That’s why Katy Chevigny’s film about Michelle Obama is so important. It was the third film to come out of the production deal between Netflix and the Obamas. We wrote three books on Obama and the communist networks backing him. With recruitment problems plaguing the U.S. military, do not be surprised if Biden increasingly relies on the United Nations Army in foreign affairs, such as in Ukraine or the Middle East. in another significant development that spells trouble for Jack Smith, John Moynihan filed a whistleblower complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Smith was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the U.N.-backed Kosovo tribunal. Moynihan is a former employee of the Drug Enforcement Administration who tracks and exposes international money laundering and associated financial crimes. The complaint was filed on Moynihan’s behalf by Brian Della Rocca, a Partner at Compass Law Partners, who told us “I will confirm that it [the complaint] is authentic,” but that “We have no other comment at this time.” Defunding the office of Special Counsel Jack Smith is one way for the House Republicans to stop these schemes and begin to expose alleged corruption by Smith’s office. There are two important bills. Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) has filed legislation to defund Jack Smith. The “YOU’RE FIRED Act,” H.R.5194, would stop “Jack Smith’s taxpayer-funded witch hunt of President Trump,” Rep. Ogles says. H.R. 4707, introduced by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), would prohibit federal funding for Special Counsel Smith’s office. To their credit, House Republican congressional committees are examining the China threat and the “weaponization” of government and have launched an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden and his administration. But the more immediate problem is Jack Smith’s frivolous legal actions against Trump that threaten to lay the groundwork for United Nations legal action against our country as a whole.
The Pope is Not Catholic By Cliff Kincaid Just in time for Christmas, Pope Francis tried to water down the church’s teaching on homosexuality, to accommodate those who practice and film anal sex in the Senate chambers. No wonder various Roman Catholic dioceses are going bankrupt because of child sex abuse scandals. Still, outlets like Fox News featured Christmas interviews with such characters as “His Eminence” Timothy Cardinal Dolan, without raising the issue of what exactly is happening with the moral teachings of the church he represents. “God is with us,” he said. But apparently the Pope is not. We can expect either more bankruptcies under this latest proclamation from the Roman Catholic Pope or more of an exodus of conservative Catholics, who will justifiably refuse to contribute one red cent to this morally bankrupt institution. The release of a Vatican document that permits the blessing of same-sex unions runs directly contrary to a March, 2021, document from the Vatican’s doctrinal office. It said “the Church does not have, and cannot have, the power to bless unions of persons of the same sex…” Suddenly, this has all changed. Even before this flip-flop, anti-communist Professor Renato Cristin had commented that Pope Francis had emerged as the leader of the global left. The only question is whether Francis is a Marxist masquerading as a Catholic, or whether he has somehow in his own mind synthesized Christianity and Communism into a bizarre philosophy of “Christian communism.” It appears that Francis is auditioning for the role of what many religions (other than Christianity) believe is a “World Teacher” who is to come, also known as the “Coming One.” Groups like Lucis Trust say he is known under such names as the Lord Maitreya, the Imam Mahdi, the Kalki avatar, and so forth. Lucis Trust is an occult Theosophist group in charge of the United Nations’ Meditation Room which sponsors the group known as World Goodwill. Theosophy teaches that man can become God through mystical experiences, and can even perform miracles. Its original publishing house was named Lucifer Publishing and was changed in 1924 to “Lucis Publishing.” I once visited the New York City headquarters of World Goodwill, noting books on the shelves that included several by Russian mystic Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831–1891), Mikhail Gorbachev, and the influential The Coming of the Cosmic Christ by Matthew Fox. A United Nations flag greeted visitors. Whatever the case, as I noted in a previous column, Francis has become a significant impediment to the restoration of the fundamental values of Judeo-Christian civilization. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith taught in 2003, with the authority of Saint John Paul II, that “Catholics are obliged to oppose the legal recognition of homosexual unions” and that “Catholic politicians are obliged to do so in a particular way, in keeping with their responsibility as politicians.” If church leaders have lost their way morally, it is no surprise that politicians are morally confused as well. Consider the outrage on the right that has greeted the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to throw Trump off the presidential ballot when he questioned the 2020 election results and urged people to protest peacefully and patriotically. It is certainly true that Trump was never convicted of insurrection and not even charged with such an offense. By the same token, the Supreme Court once legalized gay marriage for no rhyme or reason, and very few “conservatives” put up a stink. In our report, “The Deep State Wears Black Robes,” we examine the non-existent grounds for the Supreme Court’s gay marriage decision. It was Justice Anthony Kennedy who gave us gay marriage, writing, “At the heart of liberty is the right to define one’s own concept of existence, of meaning, of the universe, and of the mystery of human life.” This New Age gobbledygook lies at the heart of the pope’s recent declaration. Kennedy will go down in history as “the first gay justice” for his bizarre rulings in favor of homosexual rights. Perhaps Francis will go down as the first pope to turn the Vatican over to the Lucis Trust and the United Nations. A writer for the leftist Center for American Progress acknowledged that Anthony Kennedy “wrote an opinion that was constructed largely from discarded Age of Aquarius lyrics…” and he added “that will make it much easier for the Court’s new majority to blow this right away.” We are still waiting. There is no right to gay marriage in the Constitution, just as there was never a right to abortion in that document. Kennedy had also upheld Roe v. Wade, leading to more than 60 million abortions. So let us protest the Colorado Supreme Court while demanding that the so-called “conservative” Supreme Court discard Kennedy’s gay marriage decision. But can the Court be counted on to rule the right way? Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a law clerk for Justice Anthony Kennedy, relaced Kennedy. There were rumors that Kennedy decided to retire only if one of his law clerks, such as Kavanaugh, were picked to replace him. So Kavanaugh, nominated by Trump, is an unsteady conservative, at best. The Supreme Court is a political institution, just like the Roman Catholic Church of Pope Francis. It cannot be counted on to do the right thing. It cannot be counted on to obey the Constitution. Franklin Graham says that “none of us, including the Pope, has the right to ‘bless’ what God calls sin.” He is right. To think that homosexual couples, like the kind performing in the Senate chambers on film, are entitled to official church blessings is abominable and sick. Still, the Pope’s decision, as one homosexual journalist wrote, is the equivalent of an atom bomb. He notes that the Vatican, which functions as a government internationally, “has global influence, at the United Nations and with heads of state who mean regularly with the pope.” For traditional Catholics, this means more than just that the church has lost its way. It means the Vatican has entered into an alliance with the “Powers of Darkness,” a growing group of people in America and around the world who have broken with the Judeo-Christian tradition to instead endorse the notion of God as a mystical force inhabiting humans, the earth, or spiritual “masters.” As we have seen with the Pope or Anthony Kennedy, one of 15 Roman Catholics to have served on the Supreme Court, being “Catholic” doesn’t mean obedience to moral teachings of the Christ and the Bible.
In Plagiarists, Liars and Thieves We Trust By Cliff Kincaid The Harvard president is under fire for plagiarism. Daily news brings us more examples of her plagiarism. But our president is a serial plagiarist, and so was Martin Luther King Jr., for whom there is a national holiday. Harvard was founded by a Puritan minister and dedicated to Christ and His Church. Its purpose was to educate a learned ministry. The 8th commandment is “Thou shalt not steal.” Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) has sent a letter to Harvard “demanding more information about the university’s handling of plagiarism allegations against President Claudine Gay and the unequal application of Harvard’s Honor Code.” The problem goes much deeper than that. As documented in our book, Marxist Madrassas, Dr. Tina Trent notes that Marxist Haywood Burns, a Harvard honors graduate and Yale-educated lawyer “was an early and influential proponent of Critical Race Theory, which asserts that the American legal system is essentially an instrument for perpetuating white supremacy and black oppression.” What is more, Harvard Law Professor and Barack Hussein Obama mentor Derrick Bell revered Haywood Burns as his own intellectual mentor, as did another of Obama’s important academic mentors, Charles Ogletree. Both Barack and Michelle Obama graduated from Harvard. But now that it has been decided by some in the media and Congress that Claudine Gay has got to go, what about Biden and King? Should the King holiday be repealed? Should Biden be removed from office because he is a plagiarist? I would argue that plagiarism clearly fits into the category of high crimes and misdemeanors, used in Biden’s case to seize power in 2020 under fraudulent circumstances. King, the famed civil rights leader, was a plagiarist who stole material from other people and claimed it as his own. In fact, he was a serial plagiarist. In the past, however, when the scandal got too big to ignore, major media eventually did admit the truth. Writing in the Washington Post, David Garrow wrote about the King case, noting, “There is no getting around the fact that the scale of King's unattributed borrowings -- almost word-for-word copying of sentences and whole paragraphs without benefit of quotation marks on scores of occasions, often without minimal footnoting -- is extensive and substantial. In particular, King’s heavy reliance on an unpublished dissertation completed three years earlier by Boston University doctoral candidate Jack Boozer is especially egregious.” We are now supposed to forget all of this. King is dead but Biden is president, making it relevant. Biden was picked as Barack Hussein Obama’s running mate in 2008, after Biden had already been drummed out of the 1988 presidential race for plagiarism. At the time, New York Times reporters Adam Nagourney and Jeff Zeleny reported that Biden “quit the 1988 presidential race in the face of accusations that he had plagiarized part of a speech from Neil Kinnock, the British Labor Party leader at the time…” His plagiarism was blamed on his brain aneurysms. But that didn’t stop him from becoming Obama’s vice-president and then running for president again. I covered Biden’s career over the years, which included several incidents of plagiarism going back to his college days. These include a serious plagiarism incident involving Biden during his law school years, reports of exaggerations of his academic record, and the discovery that he had stolen quotations from other politicians, including Bobby Kennedy, in other speeches. The Biden plagiarism cases have been well-documented. Still, he was picked as Obama’s vice president and is president. Who is calling the shots? Biden’ pick reflects the judgment of others that he can recite whatever is put in front of him. That is someone worth using for other purposes. Hence, he is a puppet. That means that he is not the real president. He is a fraud in more ways than one. On a practical level, however, how can parents and teachers tell students that they are not supposed to cheat in their studies when somebody guilty of plagiarism is the President of the United States? What are they supposed to tell students about King’s plagiarism? President Barack Hussein Obama presided over the official unveiling of the King memorial in Washington, D.C. on October 16, 2011. Taxpayer funds, to the tune of $10 million, and four acres of federal land, were donated for a 30-foot tall socialist-type statue of King made in communist China by a Chinese artist with Chinese granite. It has been called “Martin Luther Mao,” for its similarity to grandiose Mao monuments made by the same artist in China. In my two-part series, “Exhibits You Won’t Find in the National Museum of African American History and Culture,” I also examine King’s womanizing and communist advisers. These are also taboo topics. I cover these issues in more detail in my column, “The Secret Life of Martin Luther King, Jr.” My conclusion: “One can understand the Democratic Party honoring King. But why are conservatives and Republicans doing so? And why have taxpayers and citizens been forced to pay homage to him?” Republicans defended King because they don’t want to be branded as racists. So they perpetuate a myth about a thief and womanizer with communist connections that went straight to Moscow.
A Politician Wins on the Pro-Life Issue By Cliff Kincaid At a time when Christians celebrate the birth of Christ, the baby in the manger, a new survey finds that 24 percent of Democrats would base their vote on abortion. That is, pro-abortion. Only 14 percent of Republicans would vote pro-life. That means pro-abortion is winning. Except in Argentina. “Philosophically speaking, I am in favor of the right to life,” declares the new Argentinian President Javier Milei. “Beyond that, there is a scientific justification to be had. It’s the fact that life begins at conception, it’s at that very instant that a new being begins to evolve with its own unique DNA,” Milei said. “Beyond that, there is a matter of mathematics,” he explained. “Life is a continuum with two quantum leaps: birth and death. Any interruption in the interim is murder.” Plain-speaking of the kind practiced by Javier Milei or even House Speaker Mike Johnson is needed. Johnson was honest enough to have written an op-ed in 2005 referring to abortion as “a holocaust.” Democrats object to such language. But how else is an objective observer supposed to describe the murder of tens of millions of unborn innocent babies? Johnson comments, “The Left openly celebrates the extinguishing of innocent and beautiful life through the evil of abortion.” If the issue is framed in terms of science, morality, and the war on the unborn, Republicans have a chance to win the argument. Better yet, show them the pictures. One heroic Democrat, Terrisa Bukovinac, is running for president to stop “abortion extremism” in the Democratic Party and to show “the victims of abortion to the American people…” Her campaign is running 30-second TV ads showing in gruesome detail the remains of five babies killed by late-term abortion. Bukovinac says she captured the footage when she recovered the remains last year outside an abortion business in Washington D.C. “These are the faces of a genocide,” she says. We hear the term “genocide” a lot these days, regarding the Middle East. The so-called Palestinians are not facing a genocide. They are part of the Arab/Muslim world, with a population of more than 1.8 billion. The Jews, on the other hand, faced extinction before and are under attack again. However, the unborn are also current targets and have been for decades. Abortion is a central element of a population control strategy once employed by Hitler, to eliminate people considered weak and inferior. Mimicking Nazi Germany's "race purification" program, Margaret Sanger of Planned Parenthood had openly endorsed the euthanasia, sterilization, abortion, and infanticide programs of the early Reich. Such an approach ultimately resulted in the Holocaust. Today, however, the abortion holocaust is packaged in terms of “women’s rights,” giving women the “right” to destroy their own offspring and call it “progress.” The year 2020 marked the 100th anniversary of the first government authorizing abortion, the Russian communist regime, and more than 1 billion babies have been sacrificed in one century. In America, abortion has claimed more than 63 million lives in America since Roe v. Wade, since overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. For some feminists, it has become a sacrament, a form of child sacrifice common during the pagan era of Moloch worship. To sacrifice your children at home, the FDA approved abortion drugs on an illegal and expedited basis even though they are associated with the deaths of not only the unborn babies but the pregnant women, as well as hospitalizations, blood transfusions, and cases of infection that jeopardize the lives of women and their children. Matthew Kacsmaryk, a U.S. District Court Judge, has cited substantial evidence that the FDA’s approval of chemical abortion drugs was illegal and that the drugs themselves are dangerous to women and children. He noted that the FDA ignored a petition challenging approval of the drugs for over 16 years, even though the law requires an agency response within “180 days of receipt of the petition.” He explains, “Had FDA responded to Plaintiffs’ petitions within the 360 total days allotted, this case would have been in federal court decades earlier. Instead, FDA postponed and procrastinated for nearly 6,000 days.” In providing the facts about the destruction of human life, the judge wrote in clear and direct language that the drugs result in the killing of a human baby and the extinction of a human life. There is simply no dispute over this. He wrote, “Mifepristone -- also known as RU-486 or Mifeprex -- is a synthetic steroid that blocks the hormone progesterone, halts nutrition, and ultimately starves the unborn human until death. Because mifepristone alone will not always complete the abortion, FDA mandates a two-step drug regimen: mifepristone to kill the unborn human, followed by misoprostol to induce cramping and contractions to expel the unborn human from the mother’s womb.” The Supreme Court has taken up this case for review. Ex-communist Whittaker Chambers said it was through recognizing the humanity of a child, a “fetus” in today’s jargon, that the influence of communism on his thinking and life was gradually eroded. While Chambers would prevail over Alger Hiss, communism would continue its advance, here and abroad. Chambers didn’t have access to a sonogram of his wife’s unborn child. He didn’t know about unborn children feeling pain. But it just made common sense to conclude that the unborn child was a human being. This awareness and human emotion began the process of unraveling the communist philosophy of atheistic materialism.
Sandra Day O’Connor’s Disgraceful Legacy By Cliff Kincaid Fox News calls her a “moderate conservative.” That is a lie. The truth must be told, even though Washington’s elites have gathered to honor her. Her funeral service is taking place at Washington National Cathedral, and pro-abortion President Joe Biden is delivering a eulogy. Conservative Caucus founder Howard Phillips was a true conservative who predicted that Sandra Day O’Connor, a Reagan nominee, would turn out to be pro-abortion on the court. He noted that she was a pro-abortion member of the Arizona State Senate and a liberal judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals. “She was chosen because of her gender and a desire to attract to the GOP the support of feminists,” he said. Again, Howard stood with principle, and he was correct. When O’Connor gave a speech declaring that the court would increasingly make its decisions in deference to international law and foreign opinion, Phillips said she had violated her oath of office -- swearing allegiance to the U.S. Constitution -- and that she should be removed from office. Howard didn’t make excuses for conservatives -- even if it was Ronald Reagan -- when they bowed to liberal pressure. The process that began with Roe v. Wade in 1973 has left more than 60 million dead. This is a form of slavery that has made unborn babies into the property of others, subject to whims about when and if they live, or die. “Abraham Lincoln recognized that we could not survive as a free land when some men could decide that others were not fit to be free and should therefore be slaves,” President Ronald Reagan said. “Likewise, we cannot survive as a free nation when some men decide that others are not fit to live and should be abandoned to abortion or infanticide.” But his nomination of O’Connor undermined those words. Dr. Paul Kengor notes, “Though O’Connor generally was considered a court ‘moderate,’ she was a decisive swing vote in favor of preserving so-called ‘abortion rights,’ including the outrageous January 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, a judicial abomination with no basis whatsoever in the U.S. Constitution.” In its Dobbs decision, the Supreme Court did throw the issue back to the states, ruling there is no right to abortion in the Constitution. That was correct. But that does not mean politicians should acquiesce in the decision by states or individuals to permit abortions. What is needed is a Human Life Amendment to the Constitution, making it crystal clear there is an individual right to life. Anything short of that risks the soul of America and the souls of those who endorse the murder of the unborn. I was switching channels all day, after so-called “abortion advocates” won in Virginia and Ohio, trying to figure out why some “conservatives” are now saying that Republican politicians must somehow “compromise” and permit the killing of the unborn under some circumstances. Senator Ted Cruz was on Newsmax, arguing for the “state’s rights” approach approved by the Supreme Court. But if an innocent unborn human being is in fact an innocent unborn human being, how can any death sentence be justified? I can understand abortion in the rare case of self-defense, or when a woman’s life is in danger, but how is it to be rationalized as a matter of convenience to the woman when the woman had a role in making this life possible? A baby is not the property of the mother or anybody else. If a woman cannot for medical or health reasons carry the baby to term, that is one thing. That is not a deliberate abortion. Republican Rep. Nancy Mace says we must find a “middle ground” on abortion. But our nation did not find a “middle ground” on slavery. The outcome was supposed to demonstrate that people are not the personal property of other people. I thought this issue was settled with the American Civil War. In rare cases of rape or incest, the baby is still innocent. NBC News says that O'Connor regularly attended services at the National Cathedral and served on its governing board. “Grounded in the reconciling love of Jesus Christ,” the institution proclaims, “Washington National Cathedral is a house of prayer for all people, conceived by our founders to serve as a great church for national purposes.” What national purpose is served by killing the unborn? Like feminist Ruth Bader Ginsburg, O’Connor was an example to young women, and a very bad example. She led women to believe that they had property rights over the unborn babies within them, and that they alone could decide their fate. Women should be in the forefront of the motherhood movement, dedicated to the proposition that all lives matter and all lives are created equal.
How to Write Like a Propagandist By Cliff Kincaid Bloomberg is back with another ridiculous opinion piece masquerading as a news story, as a “journalist” with an “Evening Briefing” disguised as a “news” dispatch is telling his audience that Trump echoes Hitler and is a would-be dictator. This is what passes for “journalism” these days. Like you, I have gotten sick and tired of the unrelenting bias, but since they send me their email messages free of charge, I figure I should reciprocate with my own analysis of how media bias these days has become outright propaganda. It is a turn for the worst but a fact of life I encountered when I majored in journalism in college 40 years ago. Back then they called it “advocacy journalism” or “interpretative reporting.” The journalism business cannot be reformed. It is getting worse by the day. The good news is that the bias is so overt and propagandistic that people can’t help but notice how corrupt it is. Here is just one example of the supposed incendiary rhetoric of former President Trump, according to this phony journalist. He says “Trump again used inflammatory, anti-immigrant rhetoric seen as echoing that of the Third Reich, this time at a rally at the University of New Hampshire where he praised modern day authoritarian leaders including Vladimir Putin.” Instead of Trump sounding like Hitler, Bloomberg is doing so, using the Big Lie technique of the Nazis. It is an amateurish attempt to compare Trump to Hitler, almost laughable. The awkward phrase, “seen as echoing that of the Third Reich,” is based on propaganda from the Democratic Party. When the article claims “Trump again used inflammatory, anti-immigrant rhetoric seen as echoing that of the Third Reich,” he in fact links to a CBS News story that is based on something said by Biden-Harris campaign spokesperson Ammar Moussa. This is journalism? The Democrats are repeating the “Trump is Hitler” mantra, as well as denouncing “MAGA extremists,” to scare people. The Nazis did the same thing about the Jews. In this case, as we shall see, the scare techniques are necessary because Biden is crashing in the polls. On command, Bloomberg “reporters” repeat these lies ad nauseam. Of course, Trump didn’t praise Putin for his authoritarian rule; he has consistently said that Putin is a killer who has outsmarted Biden and other Western leaders, and that is an obvious fact. Trump’s foreign policy was anti-Putin and anti-China. Biden’s foreign policy has led to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Hamas invasion of Israel, and more serious Chinese threats against Taiwan. The Bloomberg piece is yet another lie in a long list, as I documented in the recent column, “The Contant battle Against Constant Lies.” I am accustomed to the media lying on a constant basis, but the fact that Bloomberg is so bad at lying and so transparent is somewhat surprising. I guess I expected coverage of a higher quality from a “news” organization that is supposed to be objective, at least on the economy. I wrote this column in the hope that somewhere in the higher echelons of this “journalism” business it will be acknowledged that the extreme slant to their “news” stories has gone too far and that Bloomberg “news” has become a joke. I guess I’m in a hopeful mood these days. What explains this desperation on the part of the “journalists” at Bloomberg? One paragraph finally admits a piece of bad news for Biden: “Meanwhile,” he says, “President Joe Biden’s approval rating has hit an all-time low, according to a new Monmouth University poll.” (Click here to view the poll.) To save Biden, they must lie about Trump, using images of Hitler and dictators. But there is more. Trump, Bloomberg tells us, is “twice impeached and facing four felony indictments.” Not a word about the partisan nature of any of this. The author is identified as “Managing Editor” of Bloomberg Digital, a top dog and a big cheese with 29 years of experience as an “award-winning legal reporter, columnist, freelancer, editor and newsroom manager.” Seriously? If so, journalism is in worst shape than I ever imagined. I am returning to my days as a media critic, since the daily dispatches from the Democratic Party operatives at Bloomberg are so full of extreme bias as to make one laugh hysterically. I can’t in good conscience ignore this kind of deception and dishonesty. I believe this exercise on my part is worthwhile since the columns and stories on this supposed business website may be fooling some people. I hope you are not one.
